We will make Fijian curry 2 ways, white fish in a savoury coconut sauce, and a dry curry with jackfruit along with some handmade roti (with a flavourful twist); you’ll even get your own Fiji-masala spice blend to take home! Spice (heat) levels can be controlled, so we will have mild options available for those that prefer it.
