By purchasing a ticket to any type of cooking experience, pop-up dinner, or other event you are giving permission to Secret Ingredient YEG to use any images taken at those events on their promotional materials or social media accounts.
Though we will do our best to inform you of any drastic changes, certain menu items or specific ingredients are subject to change without notice.
Due to the nature of the experiences, we may not be able to work around severe food allergies. If you have a severe allergy, please notify us before purchasing a ticket, so we are able to confirm if we will be able to safely accommodate this.
Cancellation Policy
Class registrations are on a first come – first serve basis. All tickets must be purchased through Eventbrite, sales close 48 hours before the scheduled Experience. We reserve the right to cancel any class that does not reach a minimum capacity of 10 people, unexpected instructor unavailability, or any other insurmountable conflict that prevents your class from taking place.
If we cancel your class or your ticket(s) you will be notified via email with a credit code to book a future class.
If you do not show for your class, no portion of your class fee will be refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else to use in your place. If there are extraordinary circumstances, please get in touch with us and considerations will be made to issue a credit on a case by case basis
